Item spawning in Stardew Valley isn't accomplished through typical commands. Instead, it involves a cheat method where you name your character, or an animal, with the item code of the desired item, enclosed in square brackets [ and ]. Include the brackets when naming.
Spawn Using Animal Name
To spawn this item, buy an animal (we recommend a chicken because it is the cheapest) from Marnie's Ranch, name it [161]. You will then receive the Ice Pip item.
Spawn Using Character Name
Since you can only set your character's name once at the game's inception, we advise using the animal naming method.
However, if you opt for this method, name your character [161]while creating your save file. When you converse with any villager who mentions your name in their dialogue, like Gus at the Stardrop Saloon, you'll receive the Ice Pip item.

The Ice Pip is a fish that can be caught in the Mines on the 60th floor during all seasons. The only other fish that can be caught there is the Ghostfish.
The chances of hooking an Ice Pip depends on fishing level and on the fishing zone of the spot fished, increasing by 4.5% if a Curiosity Lure is equipped. For example, at level 10 fishing and fishing zone of 5, the chances of hooking an Ice Pip is 6.45%. With a Curiosity Lure equipped, this increases to 10.95%.[1]
